Please do not use Singlish if you want people to take you seriously in this forum. You will come across as very stupid and unintelligent.
Aren't Singaporeans taught proper English in schools? Well put that knowledge to use. Seriously.

I would have more sympathy for a brazilian or korean speaking broken English because he simply was not taught English, rather than some Singaporean who is taught English but uses Singlish anyway.

To the Singaporeans who speak decent English or at least make an effort to do so, thank you. for not being an ignorant fuck.

For the rest of you...I don't care if you're 10 or 20, for goodness sake, put your education to good use. This is an English dominant server first and formost, running on a customized Global (not MSEA) version of maplestory. It's absolutely fine to chat with your peers in Singlish ingame, but for your own sake, when you are:
1) conversing with a GM or any other staff member
2) making a thread in the forum
use proper English, or, if the GM knows the same language you speak, you can also use that.

Why should you care?
well:
If you are posting a bug report, if we can't understand your problem, we cannot help you.
If you are posting an unban appeal, if we can't understand you, we cannot help you.

These are probably the two most important reasons.
Point is, you're only making it harder on yourself when you use Singlish. If you expect us to help you, you have to help us help you. Explain to us in English what you want or need.

And if you're really terrible at English, perhaps consider using your native language. Someone on the server is bound to know the same language and help you out.

Your unban appeal will not be entertained if you dont use proper English.
I am a Singaporean, but i dont use Singlish on the server because i know that some(or most) of the players who need help will not understand me if i use Singlish.

Honestly though, I would Kill out the Entire Population of Singaporeans and only let those who can speak proper English, Alive. I know most Singaporeans Would be like "YOU SINGAPOREAN ALSO, WHY U GO INSULT US?" Look, Yes I am Singaporean i was born and Raise here. But to be Around Ignorant fucks who can't speak proper English, Its hilarious. MOST Singaporeans can Speak at least Two Languages, Which Stirs up Problems for our Languages. No I don't use Singlish, Nor will i ever use it. I Speak PROPER English.

Im using singlish lololololol naw does that mean malaysian need to use proper english also e_e (-cough-im malaysian -cough-) but yeah generation nowdays both malaysian and singaporean (no offence u guys) cant speak in proper english....What the points going to school and learning english...Better dont go to school and learn english from gaming lolololol

The point I'm trying to get across is that if you were taught English, then speak properly, or at least to the extent that you don't sound like hooker off the street going "sucky sucky five dorrah".

As an absurd analogy, if you're taught to use a toilet, you do not continue to shit in your pants, you shit in the toilet. Likewise, if you're taught English in school, use English, not Singlish.

The only excuse is if you really weren't taught English in school.
Doesn't matter if you're from Singapore or Malaysia, Taiwan, Brazil, etc....Get a clue.
