Help me! I really need help.

First of all, I have a problem. Please read my story.


I went to the cash shop and bought 3 dragons and open them and only one can be opened, so i leave the 2 alone. After that, i log out and log in again, My character was stuck, it stuck at character screen but it was going to go into the game ( it have the sound that loaded ) and it freeze at character screen. My other characters can log in only but main character. I ask in game but there was no gm or owners. I ask in chat too. So, can anyone help me?
