well you are correct in this but a doctor is not a God. If the God say you die today, that will happen no matter how hard you try to run from it.

A doctor will give an estimate that would be statistically probable. You can't sue a doctor for giving an estimate and being wrong. It's just an estimate. Well you CAN sue if you want, but you are wasting your time and money.
