According to Willi this account was created 2012-02-26 00:06:00
Therefor it was impossible for him to generated that many VP's legally.
In addition to this when I did not have access to the date of his account being made he told me it was an old
account. So he lied.

I think only 1/4 quarter of D.chaos is vote abusing other wise we wouldn't have as much players as we have now. Because they would have been banned.

Oh, a lot of them have been banned. Someone told Smadow to stop banning so many people because we wouldn't have that many players anymore.
