it runs then stops Empty it runs then stops

When i run the .exe it starts up and i see the process begin, but a few seconds later it stops and quits. What kind of error is this and how do i fix it?

Okay i run the D.ChaosMS EX and my computer begins to run it, but then it just stops working and quits. I know it at least starts up because i can see the process appear when i have my task manager up. This is about all i know I have let it through my firewall to see if that works but it did not. does this help?

Redownload the 11 files and then try if that doesnt help idk
