Banned for unknown reason

Character name: Alzack
Reason: I don't know what i have done wrong but i would like to know why
Why should the ban be liftedl: I wish to be unbanned because i am very nice and caring to everyone who i meet and i would like to continue to play this awsome custom private server.

I am Unable to access the website and every time i try to access the game it says there is a server crash or maintence going on.

what makes you think your banned? when you try logging in, what does it say? Lol, details matter f3

Well i cant connect to the website for 1 and when i try to load the game its says theres a server crash

Try To get all 11 parts or 10 and re-extract them again. And I'm pretty sure you know the rest. If that doesn't work then I don't know what I can do to assist you. I tried to help you in the chat but I'm guessing your not listening... And yeah you can't assume that you were banned until you Know for sure. I Know you're my friend and I'm trying to help out. Just try that and see if it works.
