Help needed.

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this particular thread, but I think this area would be the most suitable.
Anyways, I used my main character, (Purgatory) and entered a shop in Lith harbour ( the one which sells armour ) to see if I could get a particular chair there and I immediately disconnected. When I re-logged back onto my account, I disconnected again. So I went to the main website, and tried to unstuck my character but it claimed I was in jail or a starting map. Was I jailed? Can anyone help me with this problem?

Then I created another character, Xylo, trying to get help from any of the available GMs in-game but none were free. So I waited a day and continued playing with my 2nd character. However, that particular character is now ''jailed or in a starting map'' according to the website after I disconnected after picking up some NX on the ground.

Really hope anyone could help me with this,

I do apologise for posting in the wrong section, thanks for moving it.
I did try the unstuck on the main website, but as stated above, it claims that I was either in a jail or starting map. Which led to be being unable to move my character. I tried to get the attention of a GM, but to no avail. Its alright, I'll just try again soon. Thanks anyways.
