Stuck character! Empty Stuck character!

I can login to the game and put in my PIN, but after I do that an error comes up saying "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I believe that my character might be stuck is what is causing this problem. If that is the case, I would like him to be unstuck. I can't login to the website because it doesn't really log me in, it just refreshes the page and shows that I am not logged in to the site. Please someone help me!

Edit: Nevermind, I got in. It was because I had to disable the Loopback adapter...don't know why but I'm not complaining.
