Banned for "dupe"

Well this was a while ago but I have been banned for "duping." I did not dupe nor I do not know how to dupe. It was because I had alot of chicken Im talking about more than 10,000. I did not earn this. This guy named "Chaos or Khaos -something-" gave me these if I gave him my 2 MSI's. I can't even open the Cilent. May I just please be unbanned. Delete my character if you wish but I just want to do something while I have time on my hands. (I do not care If you think I'm lying, I won't argue.)

Trading duped items with other players is just as bad as duping. Their IGN sounds familiar, too. Sounds a lot like an old player that went by the IGN "KhaosChaos".

Maybe, but I guess lesson learned. Well how do I get an unban?

Can't be unbanned if involved with duping. Unless another admin wishes to do the opposite of what I choose.

That sorta bugs me... Do you guys have a list of people that duped in the game anywhere in the forums so people can avoid them more easily?

That makes some GM skills redundant.
What's the point of having a list? So the dupers can see if they were caught and make a new character making the GMs take even longer to ban?

It would help the people that wonder if they took duped items or not and give them to GM's before you guys find out on your own and permanently ban them. It doesn't help if nobody has any accurate evidence.

Well why not? I wasn't the hacker but I was involved in such small thing it shouldn't be a ban for lyfe. Can't you just wipe my account? then unban me?

A list would be pointless. As Willi stated, it can easily be used to cover one's tracks. I was told that if a player has over 10,000 chickens, then they are duping. If anybody even nonchalantly offers to give you that amount, then that should make you wonder why they want to do it anyway...

It isn't unheard of. I have heard of some people who try to give players duped items as a bribe not to tell anyone. This isn't the case, however. If you accepted that high of an amount, then there's no real point in asking for a ban appeal. Speaking of which, we should really find this other player. Duping and scamming using duped chickens should be more than enough for them to be banned, too.

the fact that we can do !spy and look at your stats and check your items in the database is more than enough evidence. Only GMs need that kind of information. players don't. hence why you don't get a list.

I really don't get the point, why would you be duping if you have 10.000 chickens or more? Easy for donators to get that much. Also, I'm sure you need some sort of proof to proof someone is duping? But assuming Alpha un-banned this user, I think this thread can be closed.
