Problem downloading Empty Problem downloading

Hey I'm new to this server and I'm really excited to try it out but after i tried extracting the 11 files, i always get an error such as

[C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Downloads\D.ChaosMS Setup (Rev.Cool.part01.rar: CRC failed in D.ChaosMS Setup (Rev.Cool.exe. The file is corrupt]

is there anyway i can fix this problem??

U dont need to extract the 11 files, just the first after downloading them all. Then you execute the setup in the 1st part to install.
