A tutorial for people like me that's new to forum.

Øk so there are more and more people joining in to this sPecial server and they have no idea of the control of the game and ofcorse, this forum...

Everyone have first time of doing something and we need directions, specific direction. So I was wondering, and also a suggestion to make a full tutorial on the controls of this forum. Here are my questions:
1.How come we only can upload videos and pictures from the Internet and not how we choose the things we want from our computer hardrive and upload it?
2.People from this server probablly are from different part of the world, not just US; it might be too bad and unfair for people who cannot go on utube due to their country. So is there any other way to solve this?

1. Simple. This is a forum, not a file sharing website.
2. We can not control YouTube in any way possible, other than uploading videos from it. You've got deal with it, or do illegal stuff to watch them, like I do...

You can upload videos from other sites, just use the [youtube] code to turnthe link to video.

Also the links are in place to protect the forum from spammers
