Not enough proof imo. He could be someone that wanted to train on a new character and transfeered the rings to the new character.

A big chance of banning a innocent party.

Otherwise, theres posibilty that the person did not dupe.

^^..yea what he said its just an honest mistake that any one could have made if in the moment...He was just doing his job but I do recommend making a recon character that doesn't have GM in its name to ensure the person is truly hacking...I mean I'm no GM...but I think it would be a good idea to ensure a situation like this has a lesser chance of happening again. but still you were just doing your job Uitaka...

but still he made a simple mistake...but I already gave him an idea that might just work for some...in fact, recon characters would be a great security option..plus with a lot more players coming in there should be some protection re-enforcement. because who knows what some of these guys might do...I heard about the stories and trust me, we don't need another really bad hacker or player in the game.....but we cannot be too sure of ourselves right? all i'm trying to say is its might be a great Idea for some GMs to do...Thats what I would do if I had the power.
