What about the rule "Do not ban a non-Hacking user without a report on the forum, which need to be accepted by the owners."?

technically he'd have to wait for your approval (which is already given here obviously) before he could ban the user, right?

So he duped all of those items? Damn, 3 of them are Donor items and one cost 1k chickens but, what if it wasn't him that was duping and he was forced? Would he still get banned or would you guys look for the guy who forced him?
