SRB Ring problem...

my inventory was full when i did the super rebirth...
i forgot to clear my inventory...
my stat back to beginning and i get nothing...
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

If i'm not mistaken Hungz is already helping you

Tuesday till Thursday i kept rb...so i have a little stat now...
but today i open my stat same as Thursday and no get anything...(means nothing change from Wednesday till today)
i think Hungz didn't help me till now or Hungz didn't open(i think)...
if Hungz help me by using other way, please tell me...[means help me without giving me a srb ring that should i get or resume my stat(so i can srb again)(this is my thinking)]
I DIDN'T GETTING ANY HELP TILL NOW!!...
Everyday, i hope gm will help me till today(when i sleep, i hope tommorow i can get help from a gm)...but still no gm helping me...
If you think i lie you, you can go check it...(i think gm can do this)

Hungz its isnt an error. Its like the chicken gachapon. if they have a full inventory, the chicken will be deducted and you'll not get anything. Same for the SRB if they have a full inventory, the stats will be deducted and they will not get the ring

In real maplestory, when buy or receive a thing when your inventory full it will remind you and you will get nothing(it never deducted your anything without getting a thing)
but this will[this is a big error...(will waste ppl MANY time)]...someone shall fix this...
getting 120rb isn't easy(i play everyday more 5 hours)...i play 7 day to get 120rb(means i waste my 1 week because of forget to clean inventory)...
I know this is my mistake but i will not do it agn...please help me...

This IS an error. No one just ever bothered to make the NPC to check if your inventory is full or not.
