Problem with the voting!!! Help Please!!!

Basically i try to vote and after type in my username and submit my vote, it brings me to a white screen with a bunch of words that says "Hello, Co0lBoyZ2410. It seems you have already voted with this account (Co0lBoyZ2410) or IP (218.186.12.10) in the last 12 hours, Please try again later. You Last voted at: <Current time and date>

You will be redirected to the D.ChaosMS EX Main Website in 10 seconds."

As you can see no matter WHEN i vote, they will keep saying that my LAST vote was the current time and i did not receive any NX cash... someone pls help....

maybe someone is using your ip?

Can't be cost the problem is that they keep saying that i JUST voted so i cant vote... not because i voted less than 12 hours ago.... but cos i voted like 1 sec ago... but i didn't :/
