MadNeck's blackmailing me, and I need help.

This guy wanted compensation for me busting him for spamming @snipe. He said that he would "report me for snipe spam", when his idiot friends sniped him after I did ONCE (for spam-sniping someone I know for entering "their" FM room). I need assistance on this. He's hiding from me atm, so I can't post any ss of conversations. I was intending on fooling him with a "scrolled" staff, but I was intending on giving him the plain one. I didn't see that it was the scrolled staff when I pressed trade, and he refused to give it back. If he even SEES this post, he's going to report" me, and make up lies about it just so he could keep it. If this issue is fixed, I would like @snipe to be removed PERMANENTLY.

you accidentally gave him the scrolled one? accident or not that's downright careless.
although, blackmailing a GM is blatant disrespect of authority in itself, and he already abused spam.
that's 2 offenses for him in one incident.

ps: by hiding I'm assuming you mean he's logging in when you're not around? or using different characters? if he's just running around on the same character you can find him with /find charactername


+ an easier deceit tactic is simply making a new character to befriend him and get him to incriminate himself

one of the rules in the gm rules states the following

GM's can't give normal items...

SO DON'T

next I'd like to say... don't use @snipe as a gm.. ofc you can do it once or twice but generally use !kill [username]

third... what you should have done since you screwed up...

it's your friend... and if he's not giving... contact alpha or a temp ban if he or any other owner isn't there... and make sure to report it on the forum.

fourth... most people just say they will report to scare you. don't give them an inch. they wont do it. I've had tonnes of noobs say that after annoying the living shit out of me and then they are surprised they get their ass jailed... I've never seen even 1 report for it. You are in your right. Remember that.

DONT GIVE OUT ITEMS... ONLY NX if you even bother with it.
since you're new to this... it's a stupid mistake, next time pay attention.

and @snipe is the only thing you tributed to the server so far. it's an ok command, the flaws will be picked out soon...

Thank you for your help. I thought giving away noob items was alright (even though I actually bought it from the AIO). Now, NO NON-NX shall be given. I'll enforce thee rules greatly.

Also, @snipe was supposed to cost 20 chickens each use. Now, would someone kindly lock this thread?
